At Lexi Bridge, we do not view therapy as isolated hourly appointments. We operate as a multidisciplinary developmental ecosystem combining Speech, OT, ABA, and Psychology under one roof. Furthermore, we bridge therapy into real life via our Real-Life Development Lab™, LEXI HOME™ routine coaching, and LEXI SCHOOL™ teacher collaboration.
LEXI 90™ is our intensive 90-day progress acceleration framework. It establishes a baseline assessment, creates an integrated multidisciplinary roadmap across all therapists, and provides bi-weekly data benchmarks and parent coaching sessions to achieve visible developmental breakthroughs in 90 days.
We provide comprehensive diagnostic reports, claim forms, and itemized invoices required by all major UAE insurance providers (such as Daman, Oman Insurance, NextCare, MetLife, Cigna, and AXA/GIG) for pay-and-claim reimbursement. Our administrative team assists parents with documentation for pre-authorization.

Through our LEXI SCHOOL™ program, our inclusion specialists and therapists conduct classroom observations, align IEP goals with school SENCOs, and train Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) / shadow teachers to ensure consistency between clinic, home, and school.
We specialize in pediatric development from toddlers as young as 12 months (Early Intervention) through primary and middle school adolescents up to age 16.
