LEXI 90™ — 90 Days. One Plan. Measurable Progress.
A structured 90-day developmental program bringing together assessment, individualized goal setting, therapy, parent coaching, and progress review — all in one coordinated plan.
The LEXI 90™ Architecture
Ninety days provides an optimal timeframe to build foundational habits, measure objective data, and integrate home coaching — creating a structured period of focused developmental progress.
The Problem We Solve
Many families attend therapy sessions week after week, but without a clear plan, defined goals, or structured timeline — progress feels uncertain and therapy feels open-ended.
LEXI 90™ changes that.
Our Approach
We create a focused 90-day cycle with defined goals, coordinated therapy, parent coaching, and measurable review points — so you can see where your child started, what has changed, and what comes next.
Four Phases of Focused Progress
Each LEXI 90™ cycle follows a clear, clinical structure designed to move your child from assessment to measurable outcomes.
Days 1–15: Baseline & Goal Setting
Multidisciplinary assessment to identify 3 to 5 high-impact developmental targets tailored to your child's profile.
Days 16–45: Intensive Intervention
Therapy sessions aligned across speech, ABA, or OT, paired with bi-weekly parent coaching sessions (LEXI HOME™).
Day 45: Mid-Point Review
Objective data review to evaluate initial progress, adjust strategies, and confirm home generalization alignment.
Days 46–90: Generalization
Practicing skills in real-world settings. Final 90-day progress report presented to parents with next-cycle recommendations.
What Makes LEXI 90™ Unique
A program designed not just for clinical progress, but for meaningful, real-life change.
Clear Target Focus
No vague timelines. Every 90-day cycle has defined, observable outcomes tailored to your child.
Data-Driven Progress
Continuous clinical data collection ensuring every session moves your child closer to independence.
Active Parent Empowerment
Parents are actively coached to reinforce strategies naturally at home during everyday routines.
Multidisciplinary Coordination
Speech, ABA, psychology, and OT teams work toward shared goals — not in isolated silos.
Structured Milestone Reviews
Mid-point and final reviews ensure the plan adapts to your child's real progress, not assumptions.
Generalization First
Skills are practiced in therapy, then transferred to home, school, and community environments.
LEXI 90™ May Be Right for Your Child If…
- Your child has been attending therapy but progress feels unclear.
- You want a defined plan with measurable goals — not open-ended sessions.
- Your child needs support across more than one area of development.
- You want to be actively involved as a parent — not just a spectator.
- You want skills that transfer beyond the therapy room.
What Happens After 90 Days?
LEXI 90™ is not a one-off program. At the end of each 90-day cycle, our team reviews progress and recommends one of three outcomes:
- Transition to maintenance — your child has met key goals.
- Continue with new goals — begin a new LEXI 90™ cycle.
- Adjust the plan — modify the approach based on progress data.
